There are a few good VPN solutions out there, unfortunaetly they are not ‘free’. Proton is a trustable, if you can say like this.
If you create an account use a temp email account such as https://temp-mail.org/en/ Also not forget tunnel all the traffic over tor and use the tor browser to create the account.
