Gnoppix Community/Social Media Manager
The Role
We're searching for a passionate and tech-savvy Community/Social Media Manager to ensure exceptional experiences for our Claim users. You'll directly help them navigate challenges, resolve issues, and feel satisfied using Gnoppix Linux.
What You'll Do:
Be the Voice, Tone, and Moderator: Manage online and offline brand presence, building trust through community support, content, and digital engagement.
User Delight: Assist new users with onboarding, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues, leveraging internal resources as needed.
Advocate & Collaborate: Gather user feedback, share it with product and engineering teams, and work closely to implement solutions.
Content Strategist: Develop and deliver user-centric resources like FAQs, tutorials, and webinars.
Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with the user base, understanding their needs, preferences, and challenges.
Performance Tracker: Analyze user engagement, satisfaction, and issue resolution times, recommending improvement strategies.
Event Pro: Manage and promote online and in-person events.
